Yorktown, VA, June 16, 2017 –(PR.com)– While serving as a U.S. Navy pilot by day, Wayne E. Holcomb earned an MBA from Old Dominion University at night and then enrolled at the Regent University School of Law. Today, in recognition of his many professional achievements, distinguished Virginia attorney Wayne E. Holcomb has been selected for admission to the Esteemed Lawyers of America.
Attorney Holcomb is the President of the York/Poquoson Bar Association, a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, an adjunct professor at Regent Law School, and a member of the Poquoson City School Board. Mr. Holcomb is a state-certified mediator in both general business mediation and in family mediation, and he serves clients throughout Newport News, Hampton, York County/Poquoson, Gloucester, and Williamsburg in the fields of family law, personal injury, and criminal defense. He earned an undergraduate degree from Oral Roberts University, where he served as a Wing Chaplain and as a Resident Advisor.
During summers at ORU, Wayne E. Holcomb led missionary teams in locations around the world. For the next twenty years, he flew airplanes for the U.S. Navy and served as a naval officer with more than 200 successful carrier landings. Mr. Holcomb graduated from the Regent University School of Law in 2008 and worked as associate attorney for the Virginia Beach firm of Pender & Coward before founding Holcomb Law, P.C., in 2010. The trust and respect of his clients and colleagues has earned Wayne E. Holcomb a number of professional honors.
